Executive Leadership & Career Coaching for CEOs, Founders, and Next‑Gen Leaders
You got the seat. Now make it yours.
A confidential space to think clearly, make better decisions, and align how you lead and where your career is going with the bigger role, promotion, or succession you are navigating now.
Hi, I’m Dr. Benjamin Ritter, founder of Live for Yourself Consulting:
Most leaders I work with are already successful. They’ve earned the promotion, stepped into the CEO role, inherited the family business, or taken on a bigger scope of responsibility. From the outside, everything looks strong. Behind the scenes, the role is heavier than expected. The decisions are more complex. The politics are real. And there are fewer people they can talk to honestly. You don’t need another leadership framework. You need a confidential place to think clearly about how you want to lead — and the judgment to follow through on it. That’s the work we do. If you’re ready to stop carrying it alone and start leading in a way that’s actually yours, schedule a time to chat.
WHAT I DO
I work with CEOs, founders, and next-generation leaders who carry real responsibility.
Together we focus on:
making high-stakes decisions with clarity
strengthening leadership presence and authority
navigating board, team, and family dynamics
building confidence that isn’t tied to performance
designing a career and leadership path that is actually yours
This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about strengthening how you think, decide, and lead when the stakes are real.
WHAT FEARLESS LEADERSHIP MEANS
Fearless leadership doesn’t mean certainty. It means leading without being driven by fear:
fear of judgment
fear of disappointing others
fear of making the wrong decision
Most senior leaders are not blocked by capability.
They are constrained by patterns:
carrying responsibility alone
hesitating on difficult decisions
tying identity too tightly to outcomes
performing leadership instead of owning it
Self-leadership changes that.
When you lead yourself well, you:
trust your judgment under pressure
make decisions faster and cleaner
communicate with greater authority
lead teams that actually perform
That’s what fearless leadership looks like in practice.
WHO THIS WORK IS FOR
This work is designed for leaders navigating real responsibility.
Including:
CEOs and founders scaling organizations
next-generation leaders stepping into family businesses
executives promoted into larger leadership roles
senior leaders navigating high-stakes career decisions
Leaders who work with me typically want:
a private place to think clearly
honest feedback from someone outside their organization
support navigating complex decisions
stronger leadership identity and presence
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR
This work is not designed for:
quick motivation
surface-level leadership tactics
leaders looking to be told what to do
The leaders who benefit most are willing to think deeply and take ownership of how they lead.
HOW LEADERS WORK WITH ME
Leaders typically engage in one of three ways.
Fearless Leader™: Year-long executive leadership partnership
Fearless Career™: Executive job transition partnership
Becoming Fearless™: 3-month clarity and momentum intensive
Each program is grounded in the same goal: helping leaders think clearly, trust themselves, and lead in a way that is actually theirs.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Why work with a leadership coach?
You do not need a coach to be successful. Most leaders who work with me are already delivering results and carrying significant responsibility.
Coaching becomes valuable when you want a confidential place to think clearly about how you lead, test decisions, and identify patterns that are difficult to see from inside the role.
The work strengthens what already matters to you: the quality of your decisions, the clarity of your direction, and the confidence with which you lead under pressure.
Who is your ideal client?
I work with CEOs, founders, and next-gen senior leaders who want to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and impact.
Clients typically come to coaching when they are:
stepping into larger leadership roles or new responsibilities
navigating complex stakeholder environments
thinking about their long-term career direction
pursuing or securing a new senior leadership role
The common thread is responsibility. These leaders want a place to think clearly and lead intentionally.
What is it like to work together?
Coaching engagements are confidential, strategic conversations designed around the realities of senior leadership. Most clients meet with me weekly for one hour over Zoom. Sessions focus on the leadership decisions, challenges, and opportunities that matter most at that moment. Between sessions, clients apply the work through targeted actions tied directly to their leadership responsibilities or career goals. The process combines reflective thinking with practical action so that insights translate directly into your day-to-day leadership and career decisions.
How long does coaching take?
The goal is not to keep you in coaching indefinitely. The goal is to strengthen your self-leadership so you can operate with clarity, confidence, and control on your own. Many leaders experience meaningful shifts within the first 3–6 months. Others choose to continue working together for a year or longer, particularly when navigating leadership transitions, new roles, or significant organizational responsibility. The focus is durable self-leadership, not dependency.
How much does coaching cost?
Coaching programs vary based on scope, duration, and level of support. Engagements are intentionally limited and designed to be high-touch partnerships. Specific investment levels are discussed transparently during the initial conversation so you can determine whether the work aligns with your goals and priorities.
How do I get started?
The best next step is a brief, confidential conversation to determine mutual fit. During this conversation we will discuss:
where you are in your leadership or career
the decisions or challenges you are navigating
whether coaching is the right partnership for you
If it is a fit, we will identify the program that best supports your goals.
